By purchasing a ticket or reserving a vendor table, you agree to the following:
Event Admission

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Event dates, times, and locations may change due to venue or unforeseen circumstances.

Attendees assume responsibility for personal belongings.
Vendor Terms

Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.

Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax.

No counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items allowed.

Booth sharing without approval is prohibited.

Setup must be completed before public entry.
Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Vendor tables may be eligible for credit if cancelled at least 7 days before event.
Liability

DFW Card Show LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Vendors participate at their own risk.
Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any attendee or vendor for inappropriate behavior without refund.
